These terms govern your use of Offload — the desktop application, the cloud services behind it, and this website (together, the "service"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. Questions: saadosman450@gmail.com.
Offload lets you connect your creator platforms and everyday tools and delegate work to an AI agent: drafting, analyzing your content's performance, organizing, replying, and — with your approval — publishing. The agent acts only on accounts you have connected and only within the access you granted. Anything that publishes or spends money asks you first.
You need a valid email address to sign in. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your email secure. You must be at least 13 years old (or the higher minimum age required for the platforms you connect).
You own your content. You give us the limited license needed to operate the service — storing, syncing, processing, and displaying your content, and transmitting it to the AI model providers and platforms involved in the tasks you request. We do not use your content to train AI models, and we do not claim any rights to what you create.
When you connect a third-party account (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, X, Gmail, Notion, and others), your use of that platform through Offload remains subject to the platform's own terms and policies, and you are responsible for what you ask the agent to do on those platforms. You can disconnect a platform at any time in the app.
If you connect a YouTube account, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Offload uses YouTube API Services; see our Privacy Policy for how YouTube data is handled and how to revoke access.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules.
The agent's output is generated by AI and can be wrong. Review drafts before you approve them for publishing. You are responsible for the content you publish, including agent-drafted content you approve.
The desktop application is free to download. Creator is US$0.99 per month and Creator Pro is US$4.99 per month, plus applicable taxes. Cloud model usage is billed separately and incrementally from provider-reported model and token usage, cumulatively rounded to cents. The running amount is shown in the app. Your checkout page shows the current plan price and billing terms before you subscribe.
Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. You can manage or cancel a subscription through the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period unless the checkout terms say otherwise.
The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of data, loss of profits, or actions taken by connected platforms (such as rate limits, content removal, or account restrictions). Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of US$100 or the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
You can stop using Offload and delete your account at any time (see the Privacy Policy for data deletion). We may suspend or end the service, or your access to it, for violations of these terms or if the service is discontinued; where practical we will give notice so you can export your content.
We may update these terms as the service evolves. We will post updates on this page and update the effective date; material changes will be announced in the app or by email. Continuing to use the service after changes take effect means you accept them.
