Support
Start with the steps below. If the problem remains, email support with the operating system, provider, and exact error message you saw—without including a password, access token, or private content.
Common questions
Provider authorization and publishing rules come from both Offload and the connected platform, so the error text and the stage where it appears matter.
Download a fresh installer from the Downloads page. Include your operating system and Offload version when contacting support.
Open Stack, disconnect the failed connection if one exists, then connect again and finish the provider's authorization screen. Confirm the account shown after returning.
Check that TikTok is connected and that the expected account appears. TikTok controls granted scopes, privacy choices, review status, and account-level restrictions. See the TikTok integration guide.
Do not repeat the action until you check the status shown in Offload and the destination account. Provide the action time and visible status to support.
Open Stack, select the provider, and disconnect it. This disables the connection in Offload and requests provider-token revocation where supported.
After disconnecting a supported provider, choose Delete imported data in Stack. Account deletion is available from mobile Settings. See the Privacy Policy.
Email is the current support channel. Include the account provider, operating system, Offload version, time of the issue, and the visible error. Never include credentials or access tokens.
